Wedding Day Shoes Guide!

Shopping for my wedding day shoes was something I kept putting off until basically a month ago! If you are a shoe-lover like me, aka any girl, then you know that finding “the perfect” pair is basically almost as hard as saying yes to the dress. While some may argue that, “no one will even see your shoes”, BUT if you are detailed person, these things matter and for some it may be an item to splurge on. So in today’s post I am rounding up some of my favorite wedding day shoes perfect for any bride, whether you are looking for comfort, style, practicality, or looking to get your first pair of high-end designer heels! Take a look at my list:

1. I will start with the all classic Keds x Kate Spade. I love this twist of the girly meets comfort bride. I think for a while there was a trend of wearing converse, and while those may be comfy, who can resist glitter, or a satin shoe lace for that perfect feminine touch. I love these as an option to either wear all day/night, or change into once your killer heels have gotten you tired.

2. Next up, Badgley Mischka! This designer makes probably one of the most classic heels embellished with the most beautiful crystals and all done in such a tasteful way! There are so many styles whether you want subtle bling or all the bling. 5 inches or flats, there is a perfect amount of selection. The best part is most department stores carry them! They actually have a “jewel” line as well and the shoes are at a more affordable price range without compromising bling or style. Here are a couple of my favorite.

3. The iconic Betsey Johnson has a shoe line specific for brides, called “Betsey Blue”. All these shoes have blue soles, so hey double win as you get your wedding day shoes AND your something blue covered. These shoes are all at a great price point putting them all under the $150 price range, and most of them definitely falling under the $100 range.

4. Lastly, for the bride looking to splurge! When there are plenty, and I mean plenty of options to choose from when it comes to high-end designers, well how do you choose? Do you go for a designer that captures everything you envision for your wedding day shoe? Or do you go for more of an iconic look like a pair of Manolo’s. Or maybe a classic nude pair of Louboutin’s that you know you will wear after the wedding, the possibilities are endless!! Either ways here are a couple of my favorites that just scream WEDDING DAY SHOES!!!

P.S I will be posting a post soon from my bridal shower! Just waiting to receive the photos back to show all the details! Until then, talk to you next week!
