I still can’t believe that I am writing my last wedding update! These last 6 weeks seriously flew by and we got so much done and now while I am still finalizing some details, I am so ready for it to finally be here.
In the last weeks we…
-Finished all of our last minute shopping whether items for the groom, or gifts for the bridal party.
-Crafted soooooo much. Well not really, but my fiance gifted me a Silhouette machine earlier this year and I was able to make so many of my signs with it, like the seating chart, the guestbook sign, the table numbers etc.
-Rush shipped alot of things, lol no but really, Amazon prime saved us soooo many times. We thought about a couple of last minute things that we decided to order.
-Finalized our walkthrough and floorplan, so now we wait until the rehearsal which is tomorrow! YAY!!!
-Picked up my wedding gown and got my veil steamed as well.
-Packed and shopped for our honeymoon. I really can’t wait for some relaxing and adventure time with my fiance!! So well deserved.
-Got a facial and my ring cleaned!
Things left to do:
-Have our rehearsal at the venue and the rehearsal dinner the following day. Our venue has a wedding on that friday so we couldn’t have our rehearsal the same day.
-Get a fresh color and just trim ends of my hair.
-Mani/Pedi because duh!
-Fiance needs a haircut, men. Lol.
-I bought 3 different storage bins, one for the reception, one for ceremony and one for the bridal suit. In each bin I placed the different items we would need for each of those areas such as our champagne flutes, the cake cutting set, signs, etc. So I still just need to organize these bins one last time and type up a list of what is in each bin to make it easier for when the team decorates, they know where everything is at.
-Lastly, GET MARRIED and have the time of our lives! It’s been a long time coming and so much planning has gone into this day and now we are just ready for it to be here and enjoy all of our planning and time spent into making it the best day ever.
Thank you to all who have been along this journey and have enjoyed reading my updates, I hope that along the way, I have helped you or inspired you in your own planning journey! Til next time, when I am officially a Mrs. 🙂
